How can tech be used to solve problems?

Tech can be used to solve problems in many ways. First, blogging is a major key in technology. Without all the tools  computers come with, we wouldn’t be able to do simple things such as commenting, or even posting. Next, cyber bullying is an issue that happens almost everywhere, with people using fake identifications to threaten someone else online. But with the great technology we have today, it is so easy to track down whoever had the audacity to write such mean words to hurt another. Furthermore, don’t you ever ask yourself how youtubers are able to make the amazing videos you watch? It’s all using technology to edit the video, and then  produce it, so someone else can watch it. Plagiarism. Bad right? How to prevent it? Research and citation. With all these extended essays you get in classes, it is important to do some research, but especially citing it. Because of technology, websites have auto citation in the proper format, which saves you the time of going to websites that make you manually cite the link, and make you look for the publisher, and the date it was written etc. Life saver for real. Lastly, what is technology without computer programming? This year we’ve learned what happens when you search using google. Did you know, that when your search, you are actually searching through google index? And then a bunch of spiders fetch information from web pages, then it copies the link from those addresses, and then it follows those links to those pages, and brings it back to the google index, in like 2 seconds! We also learned what makes a computer run, the different vocabulary and proper terms when talking about it (all the systems and codes) and what happens when we turn it on and off. This is how we can use technology to help us solve our problems.

Lots of good vocabulary to describe your examples, and very convincing article 🙂
